The Shuswap Music Festival is thrilled to announce that our 2026 festival will take place April 8 – May 1, featuring all disciplines.
We encourage all participants to review the syllabus carefully and take note of updates to classes, fees, rules, scholarships, and awards before registering.

The Shuswap Music Festival is a Member of Performing Arts BC. and Canada West Performing Arts. Outstanding performers in all disciplines receive recommendations from the adjudicators to compete in these festivals each year.
PERFORMING ARTS BC (PABC)
Performing Arts B.C. Festivals Society (PABC) is an organization of thirty-four local Member Festivals located throughout the Province of British Columbia. Performers who are recommended by adjudicators at the Local level proceed to the Provincial level of competition. Performing Arts BC is proud to be affiliated with The Canada West Performing Arts Festival.
CANADA WEST PERFORMING ARTS (CWPAF)
The CWPAF features the top amateur music and speech arts competitors from each partnering province's provincial performing arts festival. Competitors from BC, AB and SK compete in three different age categories in a variety of solo disciplines as well as Chamber and Choral.
